Bodi Mind “Back to You” Bali Retreat

We’re so excited to welcome you to our retreat. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking, as they outline what you agree to when reserving your place.

Definitions

“You” / “Guest” refers to the person booking and attending the retreat.

“We” / “Us” / “Hosts” refers to the Bodi Mind Retreat team hosting the event.

“Retreat” refers to the Bodi Mind “Back to You” Bali Retreat.

1. Booking & Payments

To secure your spot, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required.

We offer two payment options:

Payment in full at the time of booking.

Deposit + weekly payments until the retreat is paid in full.

We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later options through ZipPay and Klarna. If you choose this option, you enter into a separate repayment agreement with the provider. We cannot modify or manage those payment terms.

Missed Instalments

If you are on a weekly plan, please ensure funds are available as payments are automatic.

Missing 4 or more payments will result in the cancellation of your place and forfeiture of all payments made.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

Guest Cancellations

No refunds are available after booking.

If you cancel more than 150 days before your retreat start date, your payments can be credited towards a future Bodi Mind Retreat within 12 months.

Retreat prices may increase over time, and any additional costs must be covered at the time of rebooking.

If you cancel within 150 days of the retreat start date, all payments made will be forfeited.

If you booked through ZipPay or Klarna, your repayment obligation to the provider remains active regardless of cancellation.

Retreat Cancellations by Us

We will always do everything possible to run the retreat as planned.

If for any reason we must cancel the retreat, you will be offered either a full refund or a credit towards the next available retreat.

This will be discussed with you personally to determine the best option for your circumstances.

3. Travel & Insurance Requirements

To attend this retreat, you must:

Provide proof of valid travel/health insurance that covers medical care, trip cancellation, and all retreat activities.

Have a valid passport and meet Bali’s entry/visa requirements at the time of travel.

Be 18 years or older.

Be physically and mentally fit to travel abroad.

Sign our liability waiver before attending.

4. Liability Waiver

By booking and attending this retreat, you agree to the following:

You understand that participation in travel, activities, and excursions involves risks.

You release Bodi Mind, its team, and partners from liability for any injury, loss, damage, accident, illness, or expense that may occur during your retreat, except in cases of proven negligence.

You are responsible for your own health, safety, and belongings at all times.

You acknowledge that you have arranged your own travel insurance to cover such risks.

5. Filming & Photography Consent

By attending this retreat, you consent to photography and video recording during the experience.

Photos and videos may be used for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes by Bodi Mind.

If you would prefer not to appear in promotional material, please let us know before the retreat begins.

6. Retreat Experience

We are committed to providing the high-quality retreat experience described on our website and materials. However:

Experiences may vary depending on individual expectations.

No refunds or compensation will be issued if the retreat does not meet personal expectations.
