She brings mindset tools, meditation, and stress relief practices that support women in reclaiming clarity and energy, so they can live, work, and dream from a grounded place.

Monica is your fitness coach with a passion for building strength that goes beyond the gym. Her journey began with movement as therapy, and it has grown into helping women feel powerful, resilient, and proud of what their bodies can do. She brings a practical, supportive approach to fitness and lifestyle coaching, showing women how to create sustainable results that fit real life.

Nico is a dedicated nutritionist with a passion for helping people find balance and confidence through food and lifestyle choices. Her focus is on building sustainable habits that empower people to thrive—not just for a season, but for life.

Bodi Mind was born from a simple truth: women deserve a space where strength, wellness, and mindset come together, not in fragments, but as a whole. We created Bodi Mind to help women move beyond the cycle of quick fixes and self-criticism, and into a life where they feel strong in their bodies, clear in their minds, and free to live fully.

We support women who are tired of “shoulds” and “start overs” and are ready for something real, a community, tools, and experiences that actually last. Through retreats, coaching and workshops, we blend movement, mindset, and restorative practices into powerful experiences.

 

We don’t just teach, we live this. Every training session, meditation, and retreat is built from our own journeys of rebuilding, reclaiming, and redefining what true wellness looks like. Bodi Mind is more than a program; it’s a way forward.
